About
Large city-centre park with walking and cycle tracks, a bonsai garden and an evening musical fountain.
The VMRDA City Central Park is a large green space in the middle of the city, near the RTC Complex in Dwaraka Nagar. It is the city’s favourite place for a morning walk or an evening out without heading to the beach.
Inside are tree-shaded walking paths, a separate cycle track, a yoga centre under a tensile canopy, ponds full of koi, a bonsai garden, a children’s arena and themed lawns.
After dark the park comes alive with lights and a musical fountain show, which draws large crowds on weekends.
